Tony is passionate about high quality education in the fitness industry. Tony is the owner and CEO of The College of Health and Fitness, an ASQA Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which offers a range of Certificate courses in sport & recreation, fitness, business and health support. Tony is also a lecturer at major universities in Australia.

 

Tony's unique combination of skills and qualifications; university-qualified exercise professional, sports psychologist, nutritionist and qualified teacher, enable him to apply specific training principles with his clients to elicit their absolute best performance and results. Tony is a co-author of the 'Fitness Trainer Essentials for the Personal Trainer' textbook used for the Certificate IV in Fitness, which is used Australia-wide and is now in its 4th edition.

 

Tony has trained athletes at every Olympic Games since 1992, as well as at Commonwealth Games, and has trained many other elite athletes, as well as fitness & bodybuilding competitors. Throughout his life, Tony has also competed at a State level in a range of sports, as well as nationally and internationally as a bodybuilder
